How to view Help Resources on an Encompass Page

From any page, click the "?" icon in the upper right corner of the page

The menu displays all the content that is linked to the page the user is on Example: If the user is on the Products table, products-related content is displayed in the menu

Browse the articles listed and or perform a keyword search to locate the most applicable content

Click to select a Help Resources article

The article is displayed on the Help Resources dashboard and contains content like: - Written guide - Video (if one is available) - Best Practices - Fields and Definitions
