Steps
How to Install the Application:
Go to the App Library
Search or find the app in the library
Click Install
Assign report and dashboard roles
Set a schedule for the import routine to run
Update application settings as needed
Accept Terms
Click Install
Adding Asset Billling Records:
Go to the Assets Billing Table
Click Add Asset Billing
Select AssetID in the Asset Type Field
Enter the Asset Billing Product that will be billed on an invoice
Enter the price
Select if the asset will be prorated or not
Add a Start Billing Date
Click add record

How the Application Works:
This app can be run a daily basis to create invoices for customers based on asset billing records. You will need to manually add asset billing records for invoices to start being created. When is prorate is set to true, we will bill the customer based on the remaining days in the month for the first billing month. When is prorate is set to false, we will bill the full billing price for the first month. Billing will occur in between the billing start and end date. Billing invoices will be created at the begininng of the month as well as the day the billing starts if it is after the month has started.
