Steps
How to Install the Application:
Go to the App Library
Search or find the app in the library
Click Install
Assign report and dashboard roles
Set a schedule for the import routine to run
Update application settings as needed
Accept Terms
Click Install
Adding Promotion Zone Rules:
Go to the Promotion Zone Rule Table
Click Add Promotion Zone Rule
Select Customer Account Type
Select all criteria necessary for your rule
Enter the promotion zone to be automatically added when the criteria is met
Click add record

How the Application Works:
The App will find customers that match the criteria for each promotion zone rule and create a customer promotion zone record. If a criteria is left blank, we will assume all customers are applicable for that criteria. This will also not add any promotion zones for any customers that already have the promotion zone. This app will not remove promotion zones once a rule is removed.
How to clean up promotion zones in the event that they are added incorrectly:
Attached to the application is an import routine which will help remove any customer promotion zones that are created. This import routine requires a time created as well as a specific promo zone to be able to run. Please note that this will delete all customer promotion zones created after the time created set on the import, including customers promotions zones that were added manually since the app ran.
Steps:
Open Clean Up Promotion Zones Import Routine
Click Table Import Wizard
Add Import Task
Select Time Created and Promo Zone
Review data to ensure correct records are going to be removed
Click execute
