Navigate to ‘Barrel Management’

In the left sidebar, filter barrels to see Condition = Filled

Select the barrel(s) you wish to add adjuncts and click ‘Add Adjuncts’

Select the adjunct and click ‘Add Adjunct’
​
​

Click ‘Assign’ to select the lot and quantity
​
​

Enter quantity and click ‘Save’
​
​

Click ‘Process’
​

Behind the scenes a ‘Barrel Aging’ type Production Order is created. This PdO depletes the adjunct inventory consumed and passes the value of the added adjunct to the aging liquid in the barrel.
