-An Invoice and a Load Sheet are created in ‘Loaded’ status.

-When selling full barrels, the Invoice Transactions will include both the aging liquid and the barrels sold. The price entered when building the barrel order is applied to the aging liquid.

  7. When selling empty barrels, the Invoice Transactions will only include the barrels sold. The price entered when building the barrel order is applied to the barrels.

  8. The barrels being sold move to ‘Pending’ status in the BMC until the Load Sheet is ‘Balanced’.

  9. Once the Load Sheet is ‘Balanced’ the barrels move to an ‘Inactive’ status.
