Export Routines are a way to schedule the generation of files in various formats from the data in Encompass, and send that file to a designated location.

Note: The usage of Export Routines incurs a $0.01/second of processing time fee (the standard Encompass API fee)

Export Routines can send data in CSV, Excel, JSON, or XML format.

Export Routines can send data via:

- FTP 
- SFTP 
- AS2 
- API (REST) 
- Email 
- AWS S3 Bucket

Currently, Export Routines can only be created by Encompass Professional services, please contact Encompass Professional Services if need to have one setup.
