Using the Objectives Management dashboard in Encompass Mobile

Driver/rep steps on Encompass Mobile for working supplier objectives on the Execute Objectives screen: mark missed placements with a reason or add products to an invoice. Requires v23.03+.

Minimum Version Required: 23.03

Pre-Conditions

  1. Objectives Management must be enabled for at least 1 Supplier that the distributor is working with.

  2. The user must have WIFI access or data on their device.

Add Mobile Links to each Application with the following information (this is done for default applications automatically, but if there are additional, user created Applications this may be necessary):

Mobile Link #1:

From Mobile Item: Customer Dashboard

To Mobile Item: Execute Objectives

Grid Layout: Navigation Menu

Mobile Link #2:

From Mobile Item: Event View

To Mobile Item: Execute Objectives

Grid Layout: Navigation Menu

Steps

  1. Open the Execute Objectives dashboard from the Customers Dashboard or Event View

  2. For any tasks where the placement will not be made, select the appropriate reason
    ​
    ​

  3. To add products to the invoice, select the tasks associated with each product and choose 'Add To Invoice':

  4. Select the invoice to add products
    ​
    ​

  5. Users will now have the option to navigate directly to Invoice Edit.
    ​
    ​

  6. Once products are added to the invoice from this interface, tasks will automatically be marked as Complete.
