Steps

Common Accounts Payable Close errors and how to troubleshoot them:

​Can not close the selected Companies at the same time:
​
​

  • All End of Day processes, when run with multiple selections, require the current Close Dates to be identical
    ​
    ​

  • If Company 1 is closed through 12/31 and Company 2 is closed through 1/1, they cannot be closed at the same time
    ​
    ​

  • Run Accounts Payable Close for the Company with the least current Close Date through the most current Close Date (in the above example, run Accounts Payable Close for Company 1 for 1/1)
    ​
    ​

  • Once Close Dates are aligned, you can run the End of Day process for multiple Companies at the same time


​Fixed Asset Account Maps - The following records are incorrectly mapped:

  • Click the Fixed Asset Map ID linked in the error message
    ​
    ​

  • Ensure the Fixed Assest Account, Accumulated Depreciation Account, and Expense Account fields have a valid account set
    ​
    ​

  • Save Changes
