Using Universal Search, navigate to the Objectives Management dashboard

Starting on the To be processed tab, review the available Objectives
​
​

Objectives may be grouped by Sales Manager, Sales Rep, Location, or Chain using the Sort By drop-down
​
​

To filter Objectives, select one or more items from the applicable Customer, Product, and/or Objective field(s) and click Search

To approve an individual Objective:
​
a. Click Approve in the individual Objective
​
b. Review the confirmation message displayed showing that a task has been created for the approved Objective. Click OK to close
​
c. View the task on the Approved tasks tab
​

To approve all Objectives displayed on the dashboard:
​
a. Click Approve All at the top of the dashboard
​
b. Review the confirmation message displayed showing that tasks have been created equal to the number of the approved Objectives. Click OK to close

c. View the tasks created for the approved Objectives on the Approved tasks tab
​
​

To decline an objective, click Decline
​
​

The Decline objective pop-up will display. Select the appropriate reason code from the drop-down menu, then click Decline
​
​

The declined objective will now be visible on the Declined tasks tab

Naviagate to the 'Setup auto-approvals' tab.

Configure the toggles for 'Auto Approve All Tasks' and 'Add all products to next available invoice' for each Objective and Location.
