Steps

How to Install the Application:

  1. Go to the App Library
    ​
    ​

  2. Search for and select the Fee Management for Small Orders app
    ​
    ​

  3. Click Install
    ​
    ​

  4. Assign Report and Dshboard Roles
    ​
    ​

  5. Set a schedule for the import routine to run
    ​
    ​

  6. Update application settings as needed
    ​
    ​

  7. Accept Terms
    ​
    ​

  8. Click Install

Fields And Definitions

How the application works:

  • Finds new invoices that do not meet a minimum required charge (default $30) and adds a delivery fee to the invoice. Also removes the fee if the invoice is changed to meet the minimum. This can be evaluated for each individual invoice, or each delivery.

Application Settings:

  • Product to use for the delivery fee charge on the invoice
    ​
    -This setting will determine what product to use as the delivery charge. This application will set the price of the delivery charge to the price specified on the product selected.

  • Minimum invoice total, delivery fee is added to the invoice if it is below this amount
    ​
    This setting will determine what the minimum invoice total is per delivery or per invoice to ensure orders/deliveries below this amount receive a fee.

  • Exclude invoices on this RouteNum
    ​
    -This setting will exclude all invoices on certain routes from being assessed a fee
    ​
    ​

  • Only one fee per customer per day
    ​
    -This setting will help dictate whether to charge the fee for each invoice or for each delivery.
