Fields And Definitions
Promotion Zones are a way to group customers that will receive similar pricing. This is commonly done by location, customer type, chain, premise, and many other ways depending on the pricing markets.
Customers can be added to Promotions through Markets, Promotions Zones, and Promotions Customers
Markets - All Zones within a Market will receive the Promotion
Promotions Zones - All Customers within the Zones will receive the Promotion
Best Practices
All Customers should be associated with at least a single zone. This zone will help connect them to frontline or discount promotions.
This report is a great tool to find outliers for specific chains or pricing regions and add the customer to the zone.
