Supplier steps for creating a brand family in PIM from dsdlink Connect (Supplier Home) using New Identity. User must be active on dsdlink and linked to a supplier via Suppliers Users; v23.01+.

  • User must be active on DSDLink and be linked to a Supplier via Suppliers Users.

Steps

How to add a Brand Family

1. Navigate to the PIM dashboard from Connect (Supplier Home)

2. Click the New Identity button
​
3. Select Create Brand Family
​
​4. Enter values to all required and applicable optional fields displayed the Add Brand Family form and click the Add Brand Family button when complete

  • *Brand Family Name - The Name of the Brand Family

  • *Supplier - The Supplier the Brand Family belongs to. Suppliers attached to an account are managed by Encompass
