Fields And Definitions

CreditTerms.OnHold - When a customer is on hold, orders can still be placed for the customer but they will be unable to be palletized. Once the term has been updated, the invoices can be palletized as normal.

Best Practices

  • In the On Hold Invoices box are the On Hold Invoices. These invoices need to be zeroed out or moved, or you make the decision to allow the sale to go through

  • In the On Hold Credit box are the Credit Term/s that are considered On-Hold. If an AR Account is set to be On Hold, any invoice for them will also be on Hold. You have the power to set the AR Accounts of your choice to this term
