Fields And Definitions

* = required field

  • Add from dsdlink Global Products page - This is where this process must start on the distributor’s site

  • Select products from Global Product page - This is where you can view what products you can add to your site

  • Product Information page - This lets you edit the specifics of a product before you finalize imports

  • Products table - This is where the list of products lives in a distributor site

Best Practices

  • Products are unique combinations of package and contents inside the package. If the contents are different (ABV, flavor, etc.), or if the package is different (configuration, materials, etc.) then that means it is time for a new product record.

  • Checking accuracy for products is a good practice. Make sure that you verify the data that is coming over from dsdlink.

  • Once a product has been added from dsdlink it is a good practice to look at the products table and view the product. If changes need to be made you can edit from the products page.
