  • See when the driver is inside/outside of service windows for stops.

Fields And Definitions

  • Exceptions - indicates the vehicle has broken a rule set by the organization such as speeding, safety events, backing up and leaving, or entering a zone. These include any qualitative or quantitative rule the organization set up. This helps monitor accidents caused by overspeeding and other driver-related accidents.

  • Planned - Planned route for driver.

  • Actual - Actual route taken by driver.

  • Stops - Customer stops made by driver.

  • Pings - Detections used by GPS Device to track the route.

Best Practices

  • Fleet Analytics Tab - This dashboard will allow the user to view a comprehensive report of any driver or vehicle to review all of the data provided in the map view.

  • Service Events Map Filter - This filter will allow the user to change the map view to only see Planned and Actual routes or only see the exceptions that occurred on the trip. Users can also change the way they view the map similar to the initial page (Traffic or Terrain).
