Creating and Completing Replenishment Tasks on a Handheld

Warehouse worker steps on Encompass Mobile for completing Directed Replenish tasks (pick from bin, replenish to bin) and manually creating and assigning a Replenish Task from a plan. v22.01+.

Steps

How to complete a Replenish Task on the Handheld

  1. From the Home screen on the Encompass Mobile App, tap the Warehouse button
    ​
    ​

  2. Enter a username and password and tap Log in to Warehouse
    ​
    ​

  3. If prompted, select the Warehouse Location
    ​
    ​

  4. Tap Directed Replenish
    ​
    ​

  5. If Replenishment Tasks are available, the screen displays all of the available tasks that need to be completed
    ​
    ​

  6. Tap the Replenish Task or Begin to start it
    ​
    ​NOTE: Tapping into an available Replenish Task assigns it to the logged-in user
    ​
    ​
    ​

  7. In the warehouse, go to the Pick From bin listed on the screen
    ​
    ​Example: In the screenshot above, the Pick From bin is B380M
    ​
    ​
    ​

  8. Once the user gets to the bin, they will verify they are picking the correct product and quantity
    ​
    ​Example: In the screenshot above, the product is Stella Artois Lager 4/6/11.2ZNR with a quantity of 56, which is also 1 pallet
    ​

  9. Once the user picks the product, tap the Next button. This will bring them to the next product to pick or if this is the only product being replenished in the task, then it will provide the user the Replenish To bin (the bin they are bringing the product to)

    ​NOTE: The confirmation method will depend on how your WMS Replenish Rules From Bin Confirmation Method and To Bin Confirmation Methods are set up (Scan Bin, Scan Product, etc.) In this example, the confirmation methods are set to None, so it does not require the user to do any scanning when getting to the Pick From or Replenish To bins

  10. Once the user physically drops off the product in the Replenish To bin, tap the Next button to complete the Replenish Task

How to manually create Replenish Tasks in Encompass Mobile

If Replenishment Tasks are not available, users can create their own Replenish Task when in the Directed Replenish function.

  1. Tap the hamburger menu located in the top right corner of the screen
    ​
    ​

  2. Tap Create Replenish Task
    ​
    ​

  3. Tap the Replenish Plan dropdown menu to select the Replenish Plan to create Replenish Tasks for
    ​
    ​

  4. Once the Replenish Plan is selected, tap the View Products button
    ​
    ​

  5. If there are products in that Replenish Plan that need to be replenished, the products are populated and users can select which to add to the Replenish Task
    ​
    ​

  6. Once all of the products are added to the Replenish Task, tap the Create Task button
    ​
    ​

  7. When prompted, assign a user to the task
    ​
    ​

  8. Select a user to complete the task and tap their name to Assign; search by Name for a user or select from the list provided
