Minimum Version Required: 23.01

Steps

1. Using Universal Search, go to the Load Sheets table.

2. View the default columns displayed.

3. The Status of the load sheet is very important. Any given load sheet will go through the entire cycle before being closed out:

  • New: The Load Sheet is brand new and Products are being added to Invoices. No inventory has left the warehouse.

  • Locked for Routing: This status is similar to New. The difference is that no more products can be added or removed from Invoices in preparation for picking.

  • Loaded: The product has been loaded on the truck and is ready to deliver.

Note:Inventory in the warehouse is now depleted.

  • Returned: Products have been delivered, and any remaining products or pickups have been returned to the warehouse. Invoices can no longer be edited.

Note: Inventory has been reconciled, receipts have NOT yet been balanced.

  • Balanced: Receipts from customers have been counted and balanced.

  • Verified: After closing the day, Load Sheets that were Balanced in the Balanced status are now Verified and can no longer be edited.

4. Click → icon to view a Load Sheet and the Invoices included.

5. Click the → icon to view an Invoice.

NOTE: Order is the amount ordered, Purch is the amount actually delivered.

6. In addition to finding Invoices through the Load Sheets table, you can search for the Invoices Table directly.

Fields And Definitions

  • Some Load Sheet Types may not start in the New status. This is based on the Route Type for the Load Sheet's Route.

    - Example: Mail-In Checks Load Sheets have a Route Type of Remittance. This Route Type creates a Remittance Load Sheet which starts in the Retruned status instead of New. This ensures that inventory is not affected.

Best Practices

  • Load Sheets cannot be deleted if there are Invoices or Bin Trans associated with them. The Load Sheet must be taken through each status and verified.
