The following workflow assumes you already have an existing customer and an existing User record.
Steps
How To Add A Customer User
1. Using the Universal Search bar, navigate to the Customer Search dashboard.
2. Filter to find the existing customer, then click Search.
3. Scroll down to the Users widget and click the Customer Users button.
4. Click Add Customers Users.
5. Select a User, then click Add Record.
