Steps

How to Contact Support

    1. Using Universal Search, navigate to the Support Home with Online Help dashboard.
      ​
      ​

    2. To contact Support you can click the telephone support link.

    3. To create a Support task, or access the Encompass Support Center, click Go to Support.
      ​
      ​

    4. Login to your account.
      ​
      ​

    5. Search for Support Dashboard in the universal search bar.
      ​
      ​

    • Tasks Table view: where you can view or update Existing Tasks
      ​
      ​

    • Create task: where you can create a new Task
      ​
      ​

    • Subscribe to webinar emails: If you'd like to be added to our weekly webinar email list
      ​
      ​

    • Release Notes: View new features and updates in the Release Note
      ​
      ​
