Steps
The Knowledge dashboard has two "channels" or categories. One that is managed by Encomapss and one that is managed by your company. The Encompass channel includes different help documents, release notes, archived webinars, and more. Your company channel can be used to store any documents you'd like to make available company wide. Many companies use their channel for planograms, detailed product information, internal process documentation, and more.

To upload multiple files, first create an archive (.zip or .rar).
9. Toggle on or off Download to Mobile
This makes the Knowledge document available for offline usage on Encompass mobile when a user syncs their handheld
Please note, turning on this setting for too many documents will make the handheld sync process slow for all users, so it should be used sparingly.
10. The drop-downs on the right allow you to categorize the document. This also associates documents with specific customers or products/brands/suppliers on Encompass Mobile. For example:
If uploading a Customer's planogram: Select the corresponding customer from the Customer drop-down
If uploading a Product Information Sheet: Select the corresponding Product in the Product drop-down
11. The Start and End Date fields dictate when the document is available to be accessed
