Distributor steps for seeing which manager each user reports to in Encompass (Manager 1/Manager 2 tables) and renaming manager title levels in System Settings. Requires v22.01+.

Steps

Viewing Managers

  1. In Universal Search go to the Users table.
    ​
    ​

    • A User’s manager is found in the Manager 1 field on the User record. TIP: In Comparison Reports, you can report on this management field to see how your Users are managed.
      ​
      ​

  3. In Universal Search go to the Manager 1 table; this is a list of your first tier of managers, they report to the users in the Manager 2 column.

  4. Click Sub Tables then click Users.
    ​
    ​

  5. Maximize to see the Users that report to a Manager.
    ​

    ​

Customize Naming of Manager Titles

  1. In Universal Search go to the System Settings dashboard.
    ​
    ​

    • Enter ‘Salesmen Custom Fields’ to Category and click Filter Results.
      ​
      ​

  2. Set up the naming convention for your management structure and Save Changes.
    ​
    ​
