Activity Objectives

Distributor steps for adding an Activities Objective in Encompass so a survey task is created for every route or customer stop with that activity. Regenerate plans to apply. Requires v18.01+.

Steps

How To Create Activities Objectives

  • Activities Objectives create survey assignments for users based on the Activity set on the Route or the Customer Stop.

  • Activities Objectives will create one task for all stops with the selected activity every time the stop is generated.

  • Plans already generated prior to adding the Activities Objective will not update to include the new Objective. Plans need to be regenerated if the Objective needs to be added to the existing plans.

Adding an Activities Objective

  1. Navigate to the Objectives table.

  2. Select the Objective you want to assign an Activities Objective.

  3. Click Subtables-> Activities Objectives-> Add Activities Objectives.

  4. Select the Activity that the survey will be assigned to and save.
