Fields And Definitions
Industry Volume - Filter to Customers based on their Industry Volume
On-Premise - Filter to Customers that are either On Premise (True) or Off Premise (False)
Customer Type - Filter to Customers that are a specific Customer Type
Chain - Filter to all Customers within the selected Chain
Salesman - Filter Customers that are assigned to this Sales Representative
Territory - Filter to Customers in a specific territory
Customer - Filter to a set of individually chosen Customers
Draft Package - Filter to Customers based on whether they carry: Package Only, Draft Only, or Draft & Package (Set on the Customer record)
Has Displays - Filter Customers based on whether or not they can have displays (Set on the Customer record)
Best Practices
Filters are exclusive, not inclusive. For example: if you set On Premise = True and Salesman = a specific user, Encompass will look at only the On Premise Customers for that Sales Rep
If no filters are applied, a task will be created for all active customers
Objective Schedules with the Frequency - Once, should not be reused. When reactivating an inactive Objective Schedule with the Frequency of Once and updating the active dates, Encompass will only create new Tasks if one was not created the first time the Objective Schedule was active. Always create a new Objective Schedule record when using the Frequency of Once.
