Steps

How to create an AR Aging Report

1. Using Universal Search, navigate to the Accounts Receivable Aging dashboard

2. Select the fields and the order in which they will display in the Quick Field Selections section of the dashboard

3. The Quick Field Selections are our basic recommended setups:

  • AR Account: A breakdown of the outstanding balances and open credits for each AR Account

  • Customer: This is the basic recommended setup for managing your AR. It breaks down the AR by individual customers, and provides more data on the aging of your AR

  • Invoice: Breaks down the AR further, showing balances by individual invoice

4. When all columns are selected and filters are applied, click the Create Report button

  • If AR Account is selected when Create Report is clicked, a breakdown of your AR by AR Account is displayed

  • If Customer is selected when Create Report is clicked, a breakdown of your AR by individual Customer is displayed

  • If Invoice is selected when Create Report is clicked, a breakdown of your AR by individual Invoice is displayed

5. The Open Invoice Statement button allows you to print or email statements for ALL of the selected AR Accounts

6. The Balance Forward Statement button allows you to print or email statements for ALL of the selected AR Accounts
