Using Universal Search, navigate to a table
The table view is organized in rows and columns, with fields as the Column Header
Click on a Field column header to see available options
Sort A → Z/Sort Z → A - select a sort order for the data, ascending or descending order
Search - filter to a keyword or value
There are options for keyword or value search such as:

Perform a Wildcard search by entering an asterisk (*) before the keyword or value
Perform an exclusion Wildcard search (such as <>*dog to show results that do not include the word "dog")
Click the menu icon to select multiple records from a drop-down menu.
NOTE: Using < or > will get results less than or greater than the value you enter. This is helpful for dates, prices, or other numerical data
Click Go after you are satisfied with the filters
The filter icon will be visible for any column with an active filter. Remember to remove filters if you want to see more results and be aware of any built-in filters
