Steps

When is AR Enforced?

AR is due on an invoice when it is equal to or past the invoices due date. AR can be enforced when there is ARDue in excess of a customers credit limit. If there is no credit limit set, AR will be enforced when ARDue is >0. AR is enforced based on the AR Enforcment Method set on the credit term.

AR Enforcement Methods:

0) Do not Enforce: the system will not prompt for payment and allow the driver to print the invoice without collection. Note: The Total Balance and Amount Due Fields are visible in Invoice Total page(handheld).

1) Before Invoice Print at Delivery (Enforce on Print Rules when Exiting a Customer): prompts the delivery driver to collect AR (or an override code) upon signing the invoice, printing the invoice, and backing out of the customer event. The current load sheet should be loaded.

5) Before Invoice Print at Delivery: prompts the user to collect AR upon signing and printing the invoice. The current load sheet should be loaded. It will not enforce AR collection if the invoice is not signed or printed.

2) Before Order Entry at Pre-Sales: prompts users to collect AR when they attempt to print or enter invoice. The current load sheet status should be less than Loaded.

3) Before Invoice Print or Before Pre-Sales (Enforce on Print Rules when Exiting a Customer): prompts delivery users to collect AR (or an override code) upon entering a new invoice, signing the invoice, and printing the invoice. The current load sheet should be new or loaded.

6) Before Invoice Print or Before Pre-Sales: prompts delivery users to collect AR (or an override code) upon entering a new invoice, signing the invoice, printing the invoice, and backing out of the customer event. The current load sheet should be new or loaded.

4) Before Order Entry at Driver-Sell (Enforce on Print Rules when Exiting a Customer): prompts the user to collect AR when they click on the invoice link to enter the invoice, upon printing the invoice, and when backing out of the customer event. The current load sheet must be loaded.

7) Before Order Entry at Driver-Sell: prompts driver sell user to collect AR when they attempt to print or enter invoice. The current load sheet must be loaded.

8) Do Not Enforce and Hide AR Collection Fields: The system will not prompt for payment and allow the driver to print the invoice without collection. Note: The Total Balance and Amount Due fields are hidden from view in Invoice Total page(handheld).
