Distributor steps for setting up a DOT survey in Encompass with Assignment Groups, Assignments and Assignment Objectives, then assigning the group to routes. Requires v22.01+.

How to Setup DOT Survey

  1. Using the Universal Search Bar, Navigate to the "Assignment Groups" table.

  2. Click "Add Assignment Group"

  3. Fill up the information needed
    ​
    ​

  4. Click "Add Record"
    ​
    ​

  5. Click on "Sub Tables"
    ​
    ​

  6. Click "Assignments"
    ​
    ​

  7. Expand the Table for the Assignment Group
    ​
    ​

  8. Click "Add Assignments"
    ​
    ​

  9. Fill Up the required fields
    ​
    ​

  10. Click "Add Record"
    ​
    ​

  11. Click the "Arrow" to view the assigned assignments
    ​
    ​

  12. Click "Sub Tables"
    ​
    ​

  13. Click " Assignment Objectives"
    ​
    ​

  14. Click "Add Assignment Objectives"
    ​
    ​

  15. Fill up the required fields

  16. Click "Add Record"

How to Setup Routes for the Assignment Group

  1. Navigate to the "Routes" Table

  2. Click "Assignment Group"
    ​
    ​

  3. Click "Edit Column"
    ​
    ​

  4. Click "Assignment Group"

    ​

  5. Click "Fill Down"
    ​
    ​

  6. Click "Save Changes"
