Delete Promotions X days past the promotion end date

Distributor steps for installing the app that automatically deletes promotions and their sub-records a set number of days after the end date in Encompass (default 180 days). Requires v23.01+.

Steps

How to Install the Application:

  1. Go to the App Library

  2. Search or find the app in the library

  3. Click Install

  4. Assign report and dashboard roles

  5. Set a schedule for the import routine to run

  6. Update application settings as needed

  7. Accept Terms

  8. Click Install

Fields And Definitions

General Knowledge:

  • Promotion end date is not required

How the application works:

  • A set number of days after the Promotion's End Date (default: 180 days), the system will automatically delete the promotion, and all sub-table records for it (Promotions Products, Promotions Zones, Promotions Customers, Promotions Locations)

Application Settings:

  • Number of days after the Promotions.EndDate that the promotion should be deleted

This setting will determine how long after the promotion end date we should wait until we delete the promotion and all related sub-tables
