Distributor steps for installing the app that moves invoices below an order minimum (cases, dollars or case equivs) to an on-hold route in Encompass so they aren't delivered. Requires v23.01+.

Steps

How to Install the Application:

  1. Go to the App Library

  2. Search or find the app in the library

  3. Click Install

  4. Assign report and dashboard roles

  5. Set a schedule for the import routine to run

  6. Update application settings as needed

  7. Accept Terms

  8. Click Install

Fields And Definitions

How the application works:

  • Automated process to move Invoices below an order minimum to an on-hold route. You will specify the minimum threshold, the route number for invoices to be moved to, and the locations this should be active in.

Application Settings:

  • Minimum Threshold Amount

This setting will determine what the minimum threshold is to move invoices. This will be set based on the Minimum Threshold Measure

  • On-Hold Route Num

This setting will determine where the invoices should be moved if they are seen as below the order minimum

  • * LocationIDArr (stored separated by ','. For Example Locations 1 and 2 would be set as '1,2')

This setting will help dictate what locations to run this application in

  • Minimum Threshold Measure

This setting will determine what the minimum threshold measure is to move invoices. This can be set to Cases, Dollar Volume, or Case Equivs.

  • Review orders for each

This setting will help dictate whether to charge the fee for each invoice or for each delivery.

  • Exclude invoices on this RouteNum

This setting will exclude all invoices on certain routes from being moved to the on-hold route

Best Practices

This application helps to ensure small deliveries or invoices are not delivered until they have more product on them.
