Using the Supplier Tasks dashboard in Encompass Mobile

Driver/rep steps for working supplier placement tasks in Encompass Mobile's Supplier Tasks dashboard: add products to an invoice or record why no placement. Needs RAS Integration and v23.03+.

Minimum Version Required: 23.03

Pre-Conditions

  1. RAS Integration must be enabled for at least 1 Supplier that the distributor is working with.

  2. The user must have WIFI access or data on their device.

Steps

  1. Open the Supplier Tasks dashboard from the Customers Dashboard or Event View

  2. For any tasks where the placement will not be made, select the appropriate reason

  3. To add products to the invoice, select the tasks associated with each product and choose 'Add To Invoice':

  4. Select the invoice to add products to:

  5. Users will now have the option to navigate directly to Invoice Edit.

  6. Once products are added to the invoice from this interface, tasks will automatically be marked as Complete.
