How to Edit an Existing Order in dsdlink

1. From within dsdlink, use the menu to navigate to the Order page.

2. It will default to the "Open Orders" page where the "Placed" orders can be edited.

3. Identify the product that needs to be edited and click the Pencil Icon on the right-hand side.

4. Click the Pencil Icon on the quantity field.

5. Edit the quantity in the space provided.

6. Click "Save Changes".

7. To remove an item from an order, select the trash icon on the right hand side of the main cart page.

8. Once the edits have been completed, select Commit Changes.

9. Finalize the order, by clicking Place Orders.

Best Practices

Users can only edit orders under the ‘Placed’ status. Once an order is in the Routed status, it is locked for routing and can not be edited.
