Fields And Definitions

  • *Actual End Time – The specific date and time the production process was completed; this value drives the Receive Date on the associated Purchase record.

  • Receive Date – The date the inventory is officially recognized as "received" in the system for financial and reporting purposes.

  • Production Order ID – The unique identifier for the production record, used to link production activities to Purchase and Purchase Transaction records.

Best Practices

  • Ensure the Actual End Time is accurate before the end of a financial close period to prevent discrepancies in TTB or DRO Monthly reporting.

  • Always verify that the related Purchase Transaction records have updated accordingly, as these records are what actually create inventory within Encompass.
