Warehouse user steps on Encompass Mobile for returning an asset brought back by a salesman: open Asset Manager, scan the asset and put it away in a bin. Needs RAS+ tier; v22.01+.

How to 'Return' Assets on Encompass Mobile:

  1. From the Encompass Mobile home screen, tap Warehouse
    ​

  2. Log in to Warehouse
    ​
    ​

  3. Select a Location
    ​
    ​

  4. Tap Asset Manager
    ​
    ​

  5. Tap Return
    ​
    ​

  6. Scan, manually enter, or select the AssetType / Asset ID
    ​
    ​

  7. Tap Put Away
    ​
    ​

  8. Scan or manually enter the Bin
