Overview:

Period filters on Comparison and Fusion reports are dynamically updating date ranges.
These allow you to setup a report once, and not have to change the date range filter each day it is run.

For example: If the Period filter is set to 'Today', and it is run on January 1st, the report will filter to January 1st only.

If that same report is executed on January 2nd, it will automatically filter to data from January 2nd

The period options always run in context of the Close Day selected on the report, unless explicitly stated otherwise below.

Year to Date: Janurary 1st of this year to the current Close Day selected

Year to Day of Year: Comparing multiple years to the same 'day number'

- Example: used to compare 365 days of 2 different years, even though one of those was a leap year (had 366 days)

Year to Selling Day: Comparing multiple years using an equal number of selling days, because both years may or may not have started on the same week day

This Year Complete Months: Janurary 1st of this year to end of the last complete month

This Year Complete Weeks: Janurary 1st of this year to end of the last complete week

Last Year: The entire year, last year

This Year: The entire year, this year

Next Year: The entire year, next year

Today: A single day, always matching the current date

Tomorrow: A single day, always matching the current date + 1 day

Yesterday: A single day, always matching the current date - 1 day

Close Date: A single day, matching the close day selected

Last 30 Days: 30 day date range, based on close day selected - 30 days

Last 60 Days: 60 day date range, based on close day selected - 60 days

Last 90 Days: 90 day date range, based on close day selected - 90 days

This Week: Current week, based on close day selected

Week to Date: Current week up to the day of the week selected in the Close Day

Next Week: All of next week, based on close day selected

Last Week: All of last week, based on close day selected

Last 2 Weeks: Last 2 weeks, based on close day selected

Last 4 Weeks: Last 4 weeks, based on close day selected

Last 8 Weeks: Last 8 weeks, based on close day selected

Last 13 Weeks: Last 13 weeks, based on close day selected

Last 26 Weeks: Last 26 weeks, based on close day selected

Last 52 Weeks: Last 52 weeks, based on close day selected

This Month: This month, beginning to end, based on close day selected

Month to Date: This month up to the current day number, based on close day selected

Month to Selling Day: This month selling days only. Selling days might be different in previous years when comparing years

Last Month: Last month, beginning to end, based on close day selected

Next Month: Next month, beginning to end, based on close day selected

Last Complete 3 Months: Last complete 3 months, based on close day selected

Last Complete 6 Months: Last complete 6 months, based on close day selected

Last Complete 9 Months: Last complete 9 months, based on close day selected

Last Complete 12 Months: Last complete 12 months, based on close day selected

Last Complete 24 Months: Last complete 24 months, based on close day selected

Rolling 12 Months: A 365 day date range, based on the close day selected and - 365 days

Rolling 7 Days: A 7 day date range, based on the close day selected and - 7 days

Rolling 14 Days: A 14 day date range, based on the close day selected and - 14 days

Last Year This Month: This month - 1 year, beginning to end, based on close day selected

Last Year Next Month: Next month - 1 year, beginning to end, based on close day selected

Last Year Last Month: Last month - 1 year, beginning to end, based on close day selected

This Quarter: This quarter, beginning to end, based on close day selected

Quarter to Date: This quarter up to the current day number, based on close day selected

Last Quarter: Last quarter, beginning to end, based on close day selected

This Trimester: This trimester, beginning to end, based on close day selected

Trimester to Date: This trimester up to the current day number, based on close day selected

Last Trimester: This trimester, beginning to end, based on close day selected
