Asset(s) on Encompass Mobile: Put Away

Warehouse steps for putting away assets on Encompass Mobile: log in to Warehouse, open Asset Manager > Put Away, select Asset Type or scan the asset tag, then scan the bin. RAS/RAS+ tier; requires v22.01+.

  • Bins are created, representing locations or areas in the warehouse where the assets will be stored

Steps

How to 'Put Away' Assets on Encompass Mobile:

  1. From the Encompass Mobile home screen, tap 'Warehouse'
    ​

  2. Tap the 'Log in to Warehouse' link
    ​
    ​

  3. Tap to Select the Location, Asset Manager, and then the Put Away option
    ​
    ​

  4. Select the Asset Type to put away and click 'Next'
    ​
    ​TIP: The user can scan Asset Tag or manually enter Asset ID, Asset Num, or Asset Type
    ​
    ​

  5. Scan the bin or manually enter the Bin in the field provided

After these steps, the asset will be placed in the bin that was scanned/entered.
