How to Activate, Deactivate, or Delete an Orchestra User 1. Navigate to the user you wish to delete or deactivate. 2. Update the user's Status.

Active - Activate user in Active Directory

Inactive - Deactivated user in the Active Directory. The user will no longer have access to the SAP but will retain its user information.

Delete - The user will be completely removed from the CCC and Active Directory.

3. Click "SaveChanges".
