How to View Proof of Transmission on an Exchange Task
1. Using Universal Search Bar, navigate to the Exchange Tasks table.
2. Apply filters to search for an Exchange Task and arrow into the intended task.
3. Click the View Details button.
4. Click on the MDN button. This will download the proof of transmission file, which can be sent to the customer to verify the files were sent.

MDN stands for Message Disposition Notification and is a receipt document that contains the original message ID of a message and status information about the original.
