Encompass supports two types of databases:

Standard Test Database: Free test database created for a maximum of 1 month period

- To request a free test database, log a support task

Permanent Test Database: $400 per month database that exists for as long as needed, and receives a static designated URL

- To request a new permanent test database, or to request a refresh of the data in an existing permanent test database, log a support task

Test databases take 1-3 days to be created or refreshed (refresh only available for Permanent test databases)

After the database is finished, it will show up in the Switch Site tool, available in the top right corner of any page of the system.
