Steps

How to download, print, and view invoices on dsdlink

  1. Click on an Invoice through the whole row, selection box, or Invoice Number

  2. The ‘Download’, ‘Print’, and 'Pay Invoices' icons always show on the invoice row.
NOTE:‘Print’ downloads the invoice in a PDF version in a separate tab where it can be printed from or saved

  3. Check the selection box for multiple invoices for unique combinations. The top selection box checks all the displayed invoices. Users can bulk pay, download and print invoices.

  4. Clicking on the hyperlink of the invoice number will allow the user to pay the invoice

  5. The ‘Download All’ button offers three file types for export:

    - CSV (Standard) - includes the invoice’s 'Payment Account, Company, Delivery Date, Due Date, Invoice Num, PO Num, Product Group, Debit, Credit, Open Balance, and View Invoice'

    - CSV (Detailed) - includes the invoice’s 'Date, Invoice, Vendor Num, Item Number, Number Units, Total Cases, Product, Full Price, Discount, Net, and Total'

    - CSV (Standard Vendor Number) - includes the invoice’s information similar to CSV Standard, but includes the Vendor Number

  6. The 'Print All' button prints all of the invoices by going to a new tab which is in PDF Format where it can be printed or downloaded.

Best Practices

Verify which retailers and distributor are connected to. This can be checked through the Manage Tab in dsdlink
