How to set up Automated Statements on a Statement Group in Encompass so customer AR statements are sent automatically on a set frequency, including send frequency, import routine, and date range fields.

Steps

How to Setup Automated Statements

  1. Search Statement Groups on the universal search bar
    ​
    ​

  2. Click the Arrow to view the Statement Group you want to work on
    ​
    ​

  3. Click Add Statement Groups
    ​
    ​

  4. Fill in the necessary fields: See Statement Groups Help Resource for instructions. Click Add Record when ready
    ​
    ​

  5. Click Sub Tables and select Automated Statements
    ​
    ​

  6. From the sub table, click the Add Automated Statements button
    ​
    ​

  7. Fill in the necessary fields: See Automated Statements Help Resource for instructions. Click the Add Record button when complete

Fields And Definitions

  • Statement Group - Statement Group that will receive automated statements
    ​
    ​

  • Send Frequency - When statements are sent, manual means no automatic statements.
    ​
    ​

  • Import Routine - This is the routine used to send Statements
    ​
    ​

  • Statement Start Date - Statement Start and End Date is the date range for what's reported in the statement. It is determined by frequency and close day.

  • Statement End Date - Statement Start and End Date is the date range for what's reported in the statement. It is determined by frequency and close day.
