How to Submit a Custom Report Request to Encompass

Please fill out a request for this report on the Services Request dashboard.

Steps:

  1. Go to the Encompass Support Pourtal
    ​

  2. Go to the 'Get Professional Services Help' section and click the 'Create a new service request' option
    ​
    ​

  3. Complete and submit the form

Note: Reports are built as part of a streamlined services agreement for a $250/hour rate

  • For users who would like to build their own reports, but don't feel that they have the knowledge to accomplish this yet, we recommend signing up for a Fusion Certification from Encompass.
