How to view Texas State Tax Reporting

1. Using Universal Search, navigate to the State Tax Report dashboard

2. Click the Texas tile link

3. Follow the guide on the Texas State Tax Report dashboard to see examples of Comptroller and Excise Tax Reports then:

a. Create a 'Texas Comptroller Report' by clicking the 'Generate and Check Texas Comptroller Data' button

b. Create a 'Texas Excise Tax Report' excel file by clicking the 'Texas Excise Tax Excel File' button

How to Add the State Tax Reports Dashboard Role

1. Using Universal Search, navigate to the Dashboard table

2. Filter the Dashboard name you want to modify then click Go

3. Click Subtable the click Dashboard Roles

4. Click the expand button then click Add Dashboard Roles

5. Select the roles of the people who will need to see and use the dashboard then click Save Changes
