Route Type LS Types: Manual Route Bin

Distributor steps for setting a route type's LS Bin Type to Manual Route Bin in Encompass so you assign load sheet bins on routes yourself, e.g. a different bin each day. Requires v22.01+.

The following workflow assumes you already have Route Type that you want to modify

How to do Route Type LS Types: Manual Route Bin

1. Using Universal Search, navigate to the Route Types table

2. Search for the Route Type and click the edit icon

3. Set LS Bin Type to Manual Route Bin then click Save Changes

4. To see the Bin on the route, navigate to the Routes table

NOTE: Route Bins can only be bins that are in Zones that are Route or Perpetual Inventory Route Bin Zone Types. Unlike the Route Num bin type, this type will NOT update the bin on the route, you need to set it manually. For example, this type will allow you to have a different bin every day of the week
