Receiving Pallet Tags Overview

Distributor reference explaining each field printed on an Encompass receiving pallet tag, such as cases received, expiration date, and the purchase transaction ID used to trace it back. Requires v22.01+.

Steps

This is an example receiving pallet tag. Refer to Fields & Definitions for more information about the data displayed on the tag.

Fields And Definitions

Product ID and Product Name: This is the product that was received on this pallet

Cases Per Pallet: Shows how many cases of this product can fit on one pallet

Cases Received: This shows how many cases were received on a pallet

Expiration Date: Displays the date the product received will expire

Purchase Transaction: This transaction ID allows the user to track this pallet tag back to the purchase it was received with. This value can be found on the "PurchaseTransactions" table in Encompass or by going to the 'Purchases' table, identifying the purchase, and then clicking, 'Subtables'--> 'Purchase Transactions'

User: Displays the user who created the print job for the pallet tag

Date: Shows the date and time the pallet tag was printed
