  3. Click the Load link under the Warehouse User column header

  4. Use the tabs to manage the Load Sheet through its lifecycle

    - Load allows a user to Palletize, Process, and Load a Load Sheet

    - Count Out counts the products loaded onto a truck

    - Add Ons allow a user to add a last minute product onto the truck

    - Confirm Batch is where the batch being processed is confirmed

    - Invoices displays all invoices on the Load Sheet

    - Redeliver shows invoices that need to be re-delivered

    - Count In is used for returning trucks and counting what is still on the truck back into the warehouse; includes saleable and nonsaleable items by indicating a reason

    - Errors is used to reconcile any discrepancies between the Products that were loaded and what is expected to return to the Warehouse

    - Return is where the Load Sheet is actually marked 'Returned' and indicates that all Product-centric activities and adjustments are complete

    - Audit displays the changes by user and time that occurred to the Load Sheet

  5. Click the Mark Returned button to complete Route Reconciliation for the Load Sheet

Best Practices

  • When Loading multiple Load Sheets, consider using Delivery Optimizer to streamline the process
