Pre-Conditions
The workflow assumes that the retailer/user has a dsdlink account and is linked to a distributor that is set up with paylink. Setting up auto payments can be done with ACH or Credit Card, as long as the distributor is set up to process card payments.
Steps
How to set up Auto-Pay on the Manage Payments dashboard
1. From within dsdlink, navigate to the Manage page from the left side menu.
2. Click the Set up Recurring Payment button.
3. Enter the payment information, then click Continue to Terms.
4. Read the terms and enter a signature.
5. Click Save Recurring Payment.
Fields And Definitions
ACH - Automated Clearing House -a digital network for processing transactions, usually domestic low-value payments, between participating financial institutions.
dsdlink - Encompass’ online ordering platform that connects retailers to distributors.
Best Practices
Setting up auto pay on dsdlink is not the same as setting up auto pay on ECP. This is a guide for retailers to set up auto pay themselves.
