How to Add Salesmen Custom Fields

Every company has unique titles for its sales management roles. You can easily update the System Settings to align these role titles with your company's specific terminology.

1. Using Universal Search, navigate to the System Settings dahsboard
​
2. In the Category box, type Salesman Custom Fields and click Filter Results
​
​3. Salesmen Custom Fields include Salesmen Sales Manager #1 - 4 fields
​

  • The Description indicates which table the Custom Field is on
    ​
    ​

  • The Setting is where the management hierarchy is set
    ​
    ​

  • Example: Salesmen Sales Manager #1 might be the District Manager and Salesmen Sales Manager #2 might be the Sales Manager
    ​


4. Once Salesmen Sales Manager hierarchy is set, click Save Changes
