Distributor steps for using the Bin Audit dashboard in Encompass to see a product's movement history in a bin: what changed, how many units, who did it and when. Requires v22.01+.

Steps

How to show Bin Audit

1. Using Universal Search, navigate to the Bin Audit dashboard

2. Enter values on the dashboard narrow your search by Bin, Product, Date, and click the Search button
​

a. Bin - Enter the bin
​
​

b. Product - Enter the product from the bin
​
​

c. Date - Enter the date range
​
​

3. This table shows the history of the selected product
​

Fields And Definitions

  • Action - Shows WHAT happened to the product
    ​
    ​

  • Num Units - This shows how many units moved. A negative number means that the quantity was REMOVED from the bin. A positive number means that quantity was ADDED to the bin
    ​

  • Updated By -Shows WHO did it
    ​
    ​

  • Time Updated - Shows WHEN did it happen
    ​
    ​
