Steps

How to Create an Inventory Status Report

1. Using Universal Search, navigate to the Warehouse Home dashboard.

2. Click the Status Report link.

3. Apply filters, as needed to refine the data displayed. Filter options include:

  • Display - Determines how the product is displayed.

  • Units - Changes the configuration of how the inventory is tallied.

  • Start Date - Determines the start date from which the inventory changes are tracked in the report. If blank, we show changes for today.

  • Group By - Breaks the report into broader categories.

  • Columns - These are the columns that will display in the report, and reflect the movement of the product from the warehouse to the customer.

4. Click Create Report

Fields And Definitions

Pending Invoices:

Sales on load sheets that have been delivered, returned, and balanced, but are not yet verified.

Loaded:

Total inventory that has been loaded onto Route Bins for delivery.

Picked:

Total inventory that has been picked, but not yet Loaded.

Total inventory that has been delivered, but is still on Load Sheets in the Loaded Status.

Unsellable:

Total inventory in bins that have a Bin Zone Type = Adjustment.

On-Floor:

Total inventory within bins that have a Bin Zone where On Floor = True.

Pre-Sales:

Ordered inventory on a New status Load Sheet that is not yet picked or loaded.

Allocated:

Inventory that has been specifically "set aside" using the Allocations table, and is therefore not universally available.

Available:

On Floor - Pre-Sales and Allocated.

Purchases:

Total inventory that has been received.

Invoices:

Total sales on verified Load Sheets.

Best Practices

Check the not 0 filter on the inventory status report. The "Not 0" filter in the Warehouse Inventory Status dashboard reflects the current inventory status, not the inventory status on a historical date. If the current inventory for a product is 0, the report will not return any results, regardless of past inventory levels.
