Best Practices

  • If something is incorrect on a Package record, use the Wholesale Units per Case Conversion Tool. This will walk through the process of recalculating pricing and units for the product as well as adjusting Invoice and Purchase Transactions in alignment with the change.

  • Invoice Charges and Deposits can be set by the Package to ensure that mission-critical operations are invoiced properly such as CRV, Keg Deposits, and recycling fees.

  • Packages ensures that Products that can be sold in units other than cases can be invoiced and pricing is calculated accurately.
